Hotel Mitru - Tarija

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, charming atmosphere, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast.

Nothing it was perfect.

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and modern, with attention to detail like a 'do not disturb' card for the doors. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the center.

All aspects of my stay were excellent, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the city center and within walking distance to several restaurants. Rooms are spacious and modern with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate guests, offering free laptop loans and late checkouts. the breakfast area is pleasant and well-lit. Some rooms offer lovely mountain views.

The minibar was not stocked with beverages or food.

During my Christmas stay, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. the modern design of the rooms impressed me a lot, and they were kept very clean. the location of the hotel was very convenient as it was within walking distance to many places. the view of the surrounding mountains was amazing and very relaxing.

On the negative side, there were some shortcomings. the minibar was not stocked, and I had to buy my own beverages from outside.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering a loaner laptop when mine wasn't working. They even let me stay past checkout time to catch my flight. The hotel was clean and fresh smelling, with a spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast area was large and airy, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions.

Although the hotel was clean and pleasant, the minibar wasn't stocked and there were issues with the locker in the room. It would have been nice to have these amenities available rather than having to go out and buy water. Additionally, the tour information given by one of the receptionists was inaccurate, which caused frustration and disappointment.
